The combined proceedings contains 16 papers on such topics as examples of multiplicities and mixed multiplicities of filtrations, the Etale locus in complete local rings, magic squares of squares over a finite field, a generalization of coefficient ideals, and an upper bound for the first Hilbert coefficient of Gorenstein algebras and modules.
