The poems were inspired by challenges such as poor health, pain from Fibromyalgia and arthritis, depression and other problems that I have faced such as poor treatment on jobs and etc. Please take the time to read and reflect on these words as I have had to meditate on many occasions just to make it through my days . . . L'autore

This book stemmed from the personal life of the author. She has an inate ability to translate relality into prose. Her tremendous experiences has helped her to relay these life lessons to share with the reader. She has a B.S. Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Business Administration, Masters in Educational Leadership and a Masters in Instructional Technoloty. She is a lifelong learner and is always willing to share with others.
