Brad Meyer “The Go-to GUY” has over 40 years’ experience in real estate asset management. A member of CAR and NAR, certified by HUD to manage every type of property they run or fund. He has managed over $80 million in investment property in over five states. He also is an active investor in residential and commercial properties. Trained by many of the large property management companies in the USA, and with many years as an on-site manager, he has honed his skills and has developed several systems to increase occupancy while reducing the cost to operate the business. He obtained his real estate license in the '90s while running project-based HUD properties. He received certification from Quadell Consulting, a company approved by HUD to train property managers to run HUD approved and financed project in the US and all US territories. His consulting company, FBN Real Estate Consulting INC., offers property management-consulting services to private investors, real estate companies, Realtor s and property management companies. He has consulted with hedge funds on how to set up their property management departments, along with real estate agents and real estate brokers. He started in property management as a part time maintenance man while still attending junior high school. During his 40 years in the business he advanced through every position in the field and developed his skills. His work history covers companies from National Corp for Housing partnerships, Retirement Housing foundation, FPI Properties, Century 12 PGA and private investment groups.
