Wang Peng: Senior Engineer, Postdoctoral Fellow, and Deputy Director of Marine Academy of Zhejiang Province. He serves as a special expert for the Financial and Economic Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress and is recognized as a Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Expert.
