Philip was born in Seaforth Liverpool in 1966 and from an early school age became interested in writing. He had his first novel WISHFUL THINKING published in 2011 and aswell as his poetry collections has also published TAXI TALES which was co-written with GLENN PYE. His second novel WISHFUL THINKING 2 is due out in October 2013 and is to be soon followed by his third edition of the VIEW FROM MY MIND series of poetry.
