Patrick Green has been a healthcare leader since 1985. Currently, the Executive Director of Heart and Vascular Services at DeKalb Medical in Atlanta, he rose through the ranks from dietary supervisor to CEO and touched almost every aspect of healthcare in the process. In Imaging, he oversaw an expansion which generated an additional $25 million of annual contribution margin. In Cardiovascular services, he developed a strategy that saw competitors voluntarily exit and enabled his hospital to expand into angioplasty, stenting, and electrophysiology services. As a rural hospital CEO, he orchestrated a turnaround to viability for a struggling rural hospital. He consistently finds networking opportunities to create win/wins others overlook.
