THE GRUMPY MAN is Raymond Fraser's fourth collection of short fiction, and features 23 stories and the definitive version of his classic novella, "The Quebec Prison"
"One of Canada's top writers at the top of his game. A great read!" GAIL MACMILLAN, Author, Ceilidh's Quest

"Raymond Fraser happens to be one of the liveliest and most entertaining writers in the country." ALDEN NOWLAN, Telegraph-Journal
