R.N. Jordan was born in Detroit, Michigan, on September 3, 1982. She discovered her love for fiction novels after reading Michael Connelly’s, The Lincoln Lawyer, while traveling a long flight to Tokyo, Japan for vacation. In the midst of her career as an electrical engineer, Jordan decided to apply to graduate school, where she was required to write a personal statement. Although the piece was non-fiction, her fiancé, Laurenz, gained a strong love for her writing ability and convinced Jordan to write her first published novel, Slaughter House Of Justice (2013)—the start of the Robin Nicollette series. It was then that her passion for writing evolved, and consequently, Jordan decided to leave her rewarding career in 2013 to focus solely on becoming a new, prolific writer of thriller and suspense fiction novels. With a goal to release three published novels a year, Jordan has prompted her mission by releasing her latest novel, Indecent Vows (2014). Jordan and Laurenz reside in Little Rock, Arkansas. They have one daughter together, Autumn Olivia.
