Tom Walsh is a supply chain network and operations principal consultant at Deloitte. He brings 18 years of consulting experience in industrial and automotive industries, where he has focused on digital strategy development for companies looking to invest in digital capabilities and business models for improving supply chains, manufacturing operations and after-market and dealer networks. His specific areas of focus include after-market parts pricing, dealer management systems, and ERP value realization. For the past 10 years, Tom has served on the board of National Association of Manufacturers with the Manufacturing Institute.
