Laura Paramoure, EdD, has more than 25 years of academic and private sector experience in organizational development, training measurement, and training design. She conducted primary research to develop thought leadership on training effectiveness and measurement culminating in her dissertation Perceptions of training and non-training managers of organizational impact measures based on design intent. She also authored Showing Value for Your Training Dollars. Dr. Paramoure regularly speaks about training ROI at seminars for organizations such as American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI). She is currently President and CEO of eParamus™, a company that helps organizations of all types and sizes maximize the impact of their training programs.
