Dempsey Dybdahl is a former dancer, who became a pilates instructor, movement coach, writer and speaker. She has coached pilates and neuroscience based movement for 12 years, and has written a blog entitled Aging Intelligently since 2010. In it, she explores the interconnectedness of the brain, the nervous system, and movement. Her previous book, I’d Do Something If I Knew What To Do, was published in 2008.
