Informazioni sull'autore

Timothy “Tim” Reeves is the fifth of six children born to the late Reverend Roland W. Reeves, Sr. and Florence Metze Reeves of Irmo, South Carolina. Tim was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease at age 48. Stunned and surprised by his diagnosis, Tim has since resolved to be an active participant in his life’s journey. He plays golf and exercises regularly, while also purchasing and renovating houses. He continues to be a Bible study teacher at St. Paul AME Church in Irmo, where he has also taught Sunday school for many years. Tim also shares his faith as he volunteers in a juvenile correctional facility. In Tim’s view, his greatest challenge is not dealing with the ravages of Parkinson’s, but in genuinely living the Christian lifestyle of service that he has taught about over the years in spite of the accompaniment of Parkinson's. Tim believes that service is the rent we pay for living in this world.
