Wisdom is the way to a good life. The wiser we are, the more likely we, and those we affect, will have a good life.
But what is wisdom? What does it mean to be wise? What stops us from being wiser? How can we increase our wisdom?
In this book we seek to better understand wisdom and how to be wiser more often. We identify the problems that make it difficult for us to be wise, and then develop strategies that we can use to help us overcome these problems and thus help us be wiser more often - and thus, help us to achieve a better life for ourselves and those we affect.
This book is the second book in the series Exploring a Good Life, Wisdom and the Mind.
