Indian society is divided into various castes, sub castes, categories and very few castes- category have production resources that belongs to high castes. They are running the business and gets benefits from liberalizations, privatization and globalization. Before liberalizations, privatization and globalization, we accepted mixed economy for capitalism and socialism but emphasis was on socialism. The separate economic processes, that is commonly called globalization include expansion of international trade in goods, services, industries, free flow of technology, enhanced flow of foreign direct investment, free movement of persons across national boundaries, and development of international institutions of governance. The services of globalization affect virtually every country in the world. All shares of life – economic, social, cultural, industrial and political have been subjected to both positive and negative elements.

Dr. Bharat A. Pagare (M. Com, SET, M.B.A., M. Phil, Ph.D.) is assistant professor and head department of commerce at Sunderrao Solanke Mahavidyalaya Majalgaon, Beed. This college is affiliated to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, Maharashtra state, India. He has more than twelve years teaching experience at education institute of Marathwada Shikshan Prasarak Mandal Aurangabad. The education institute MSPM has 12 senior granted colleges of faculty of commerce. Dr. Bharat Pagare worked 10 years as a head in Vinayakrao Patil Mahavidyalaya, Vaijapur, District Aurangabad. Presently he is working as a head at S.S.M. Majalgaon, Beed. He has written and edited more than ten books. So many national and international papers have been published in difference types of journals. He has worked on so many committees of Dr. B.A.M. University Aurangabad.
