The Historic American Building Survey (HABS) and the Historic American Engineering Record (HAER) collections are preserving America's architectural history by gathering a diverse range of historic photographs and architectural designs of buildings throughout the country. Along with seventy black and white photos of barns across the country, this book includes more than 90 architectural plans that feature wooden frame joinery. Color photos, GPS coordinates and a brief history of many of the locations are also included.
