He is a retired U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander and is currently a technical fellow with The Boening Company. Mr. Camara received his bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering and computer engineering/materials science from the University of California at Davis and his master of science degree in space systems from the Florida Institute of Technology.
