Mark Perry is a military, intelligence, and foreign policy analyst and the co-director of Conflicts Forum, an international political advocacy organization. He is the author of six critically acclaimed books, and his articles have appeared in The Washington Post, The Los Angeles Times, St. Louis Post Dispatch, and Newsday. He served as the editor of Washington's City Paper and as the editor of The Veteran, the largest circulation newspaper for veterans in the country. He helped research and write the BBC's award-winning documentary The Intelligence War Against Iraq in 1991 and has appeared regularly on CNN's The International Hour, Special Assignment, and the Saturday- and Sunday-morning news shows.
