Artist Lisa Kerpoe's latest book is a comprehensive look at using eight different resists to create unique fabric and surface design. Her easygoing style will encourage readers to approach the techniques with a sense of play as they enjoy the serendipity. Each chapter provides complete instruction so readers can jump to the technique that appeals to them without reading from cover to cover, although starting with the first two chapters would be helpful for beginners.
