His practice area focus is on individual leadership development, with an emphasis on coaching executives to improve their overall effectiveness, their capacity for strategic thinking and their focus on execution. His work has focused also on identifying and developing organizations’ talent pool, culture transformation and renewing employee engagement. Dr. Rabin is a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience in partnering with clients to improve leadership and organizational performance. He actively trains and supervises consultants active in the field of executive development and leadership. Gustavo teaches at Stanford University and leads personal and professional development workshops at Esalen Institute. His clients include major corporations in a range of industries: high-tech, bio-tech, professional services, financial, educational institutions and not for profit.
