The Screening and Assessment curriculum helps clinicians detect, identify, classify, and monitor changes in co-occurring disorders. Screening measures for the most common psychiatric disorders and clinical assessment forms are included on the accompanying CD-ROM. Tools for evaluating patients’ motivation to change and a treatment plan template are also provided to guide clinicians as they initiate treatment with patients.
