Randy Domer is an Oshkosh native with an enthusiastic interest in local history. He has written four books on Oshkosh history and writes articles and a column for a local newspaper on Oshkosh history. He is retired and resides in Oshkosh and is President of the Winnebago County Historical & Archaeological Society.
