John Nidhin Alex is an Electronics Engineering graduate from College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram. After a short stint at IBM India, he joined Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), the premier aerospace company in India, mainly because of his curiosity towards the flying machines.

He currently works as a Program Manager at HAL and thoroughly understands the relevance of Project Management principles in a complex environment like the aerospace industry. He believes his journey to acquire his PMP certification has helped him a lot in understanding the numerous aspects of Project Management like Scope, Risk and Stakeholders, which need to be seriously looked into for the success of a project.
