Frank DiBartolomeo is an award-winning speaker, speaking coach, and a Professional Member of the National Speakers Association (NSA). He has developed and honed his extensive public speaking abilities over his forty-year career, both in military service (retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel) and as a US Government contractor influencing military, US Government, and industry leaders in their national security decisions.
