Want to make your conference accessible, welcoming, and fun for all attendees? This zine is for you! In its pages, you'll find practical tips, guidance, and templates from experienced conference organizer Dr. Alex D. Ketchum, author of How to Organize Inclusive Events. Whether you're organizing an academic symposium, an activist meeting, or a science fiction or comics con, creating an event where people with economic hardships, disabilities, and childcare responsibilities can participate is key to a successful event. From location to conference website, cost to childcare, and many more accessibility details--you'll be empowered with step-by-step guidance about how to put on a truly inclusive event where all conferees can feel welcome and fully a part of the community.
