Chris Welch was a journalist at Melody Maker who was there to witness it all first-hand throughout the &;70s and has interviewed all the members of Led Zeppelin many times. He is the author of several Led Zeppelin books including Led Zeppelin Treasures (Carlton), John Bonham: A Thunder of Drums (Backbeat Books), and Peter Grant: The Man Who Led Zeppelin (Omnibus Press).
