All of the penguins are smart and sensible. All except, Percy, who is... well... not so perfect.
Each day is a constant struggle for Percy to behave like his peers: he’s not serious in any way…which sometimes comes at the expense of others.
Percy doesn’t mean any harm, he just wants to have fun.
