Over the past two decades, the field of talent management has established itself as a key area of management practice and research. Emerging from the practitioner literature in the 1990s, the research evidence bases truly materialised in the late 2000s onwards. David Collings is Professor of HRM and Associate Dean for Research at Dublin City University Business School, Ireland. He is a leading international expert on talent management, global mobility, and the future of work.
Vlad Vaiman is Professor and Associate Dean at the School of Management of California Lutheran University, and a visiting professor at several premier universities around the globe. He is a co-founder, organiser, and a leading chair of the EIASM Workshop on Talent Management.
Hugh Scullion is professor in International HRM at Hull University. He is co-founder and chair of the EIASM Talent Management Workshop and delivers Talent Masterclasses for organisations across the UK.
