Sinossi

In this haunting collection of poetry, love and sorrow intertwine in a realm of dark beauty and existential longing. Through vivid imagery of frozen landscapes, ancient gardens and ghostly chambers, each poem delves into the depths of passion, despair and the human condition. The verses explore themes of loss, artistic torment and the fragile hope found within pain. With echoes of romanticism and gothic melancholy, this collection invites readers to wander through a world where heartbreak becomes art, and love endures beyond the boundaries of life and death.

Cosmin Popa was born in eastern Romania under the sign of Gemini. He appreciates nature and the greatest European mythology and folklore. He has a history of publishing in Romania in literary magazines and self-published booklets. He was influenced by the gothics from Edgar Allan Poe to Sylvia Plath and Anne Sexton. The expressionism of Romanian philosopher poet Lucian Blaga helped him a lot to find his inner flames of pure writing, choosing art for art's sake. In his free time, he writes for himself short-stories, novellas and playwriting. He is a cinephile and a pure optimist.
