Tom Kwanya is a Knowledge Management specialist, based in South Africa. His areas of research include social networking and media, innovation in research libraries, knowledge management, and public relations in libraries.
Christine Stilwell is Professor of Information Studies and Co-ordinator of the Doctoral and Honors Programs at the University of Kwazulu-Natal, South Africa.
Peter Underwood is Honorary Professor of the University of Kwazulu-Natal and Emeritus Professor and former Chair of Librarianship of the University of Cape Town, South Africa. He is the co-author of "Freedom of Information in the Developing World: Demand, compliance and democratic behaviour" (2010, Chandos Publishing).
