Martin Waddell is known and respected the world over for his storytelling. He wrote 'Farmer Duck' and 'Can`t You Sleep Little Bear?' which both won the Smarties Prize, and the bestselling 'Owl Babies'. Martin lives in Northern Ireland. Jason Cockcroft has worked as a full-time illustrator since graduating from Falmouth School of Art & Design in 1994. He won the first ever Blue Peter Award in 2000 with 'A Pilgrim's Progress'. For Orchard he has also illustrated 'Star Baby'. Jason lives in Yorkshire.
