Sam and Eddie Hart s fascination and love of Spanish food has developed over many years, especially during the summers spent in Iberia with their Majorcan-born mother. They are now the owners of Fino, London s thriving Spanish restaurant which has gained an excellent reputation. Sam and Eddie have travelled extensively around Spain over the years: Eddie spent a year studying in Madrid while Sam opened his own successful cocktail bar and nightclub in Mexico City: Colmillo. On his way back from Mexico, Sam spent six months in Barcelona eating his way around the wonderful bars and restaurants in the name of research.
