Mark Baker is a senior lecturer in planning policy and practice in the School of Environment and Development, University of Manchester. Jeremy Carter is a research associate in the School of Environment and Development, University of Manchester. Stephen Jay is a senior lecturer in environmental management at Sheffield Hallam University. Michael Short is a chartered planner currently undertaking PhD research at the School of Environment and Development, University of Manchester. Christopher Wood is professor of environmental planning and co-director of the EIAC in the School of Environment and Development, University of Manchester.
