Ruth Gardner (BA, MSc, PhD) is Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Research on Children and Families at the University of East Anglia, with research interests in preventive family support, safeguarding children and evidence-based children's services. From 2010 to 2013 she was Head of Strategy and Development for child neglect at the NSPCC.
