Dr Mark Levy MBChB, FRCP, is a GP in Kenton, Middlesex. He is Editor of The Primary Care Respiratory Journal and Medical Adviser to Education for Health. He is a general practitioner, with a lifetime of experience in treating asthma. Monica Fletcher OBE, MSc, PGCE, BSc (Hons,) DipN, DipHV is Chief Executive of Education for Health and Chair of The European Lung Foundation. She trained and practised as a specialist asthma nurse. Professor Søren Pederson MD, PhD, DrMedSci. is a specialist paediatrician, with an international reputation. He is currently Professor of Paediatric Respiratory Medicine at The University of Southern Denmark in Odense, and Consulting Paediatric Chest Physician and Allergist at the Department of Paediatrics at Kolding Hospital, Denmark.
