Jim Johnson is a qualified architect with extensive experience in architectural education and urban regeneration practice. He was formerly the Director of the Old Town Committee for Conservation and Renewal (later subsumed under Edinburgh World Heritage). Previously, he was a long-serving member of the teaching staff in the Department of Architecture at the University of Strathclyde. Lou Rosenburg is trained in economics and town planning, and has a long-standing interest in the historical development of housing policy. He is currently a Senior Research Fellow attached to the Scottish Centre for Conservation Studies at Edinburgh College of Art. Previously he was a member of the teaching staff in the School of Planning and Housing, which is now based at Heriot-Watt University.
