Dr S Sivangaraju is an associate professor in a prestitious engineering college in South India. He is the referee for teh IEE and Journal of Emerging Electric Power Systems. He is also the reviewer of the international journals - IEE Proceedings-C (Generation Transmission and Distribution), International Journal of Emerging Electric Power Systems and International Journal of Electrical Power Components and Systems. L. Devi is an associate Professor in Electrical Engineering in Intel College of Engineering in South India has to her credit two papers in international journals.
