Harold Sharp’s moving little book carries the scent of truth. In uncomplicated language the author tells us things many will deem impossible. They are, nevertheless, true and the reader feels it.  The animal stories he tells in such a natural, compelling way are charming, particularly the one about the adorable little sparrow.
