Il Safar Qa'idah è molto diverso dagli altri qa'idah disponibili; è il prodotto della consultazione e dell'esperienza degli insegnanti che si diffonde in un decennio. La qa'idah è stata progettata con 13 livelli progressivi, ciascuno mirato a una caratteristica unica dell'apprendimento. Ogni livello garantisce una progressione graduale e logica che colma le lacune esistenti in molte qa'idah contemporanee. Grafica e molti esercizi supplementari sono stati inclusi, che sono necessari per gli studenti per ottenere un approccio completo alla lettura del Corano. Le parole di questa qa'idah sono solo quelle che appaiono nel Corano.
I caratteri del computer e le calligrafie alternative non preparano gli studenti abbastanza bene per leggere la scrittura coranica. Per questo motivo, la sceneggiatura di questa Qa'idah è stata importata direttamente dal Corano a 13 righe che è ampiamente utilizzato in molti paesi.
