Sinossi

I found 'The Holy Grail' to maintaining goal weight. Keeping to the daily 1200 calorie count for life is the secret!

I know myself. The weaknesses and the strengths. My weakness was eating too much food. The strength I had was a positive mindset to lose weight. I had to be realistic from the beginning and serious about losing excess weight. I had to put in the time to achieve what I had set out to do, as well as the hard work to be successful in reaching my goal. It was a revelation to discover the secret to keeping the weight off.
