Giovanni is an international concierge training expert, a certified concierge specialist, president and cofounder of Triangle Concierge, and cofounder and chairman of the board of the International Concierge and Errand Association. She is the author of Going Above and Beyond. Ron Giovanni has been working in the customer service, sales, and operations field for more than 25 years and has been an entrepreneur for the last 14 years. He is the codesigner of TriTrax PRO, the world’s premier concierge software. They both live in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
