Sinossi

An illuminating chronicle of the author's journey from a spiritual seeker in a quest for immortality to a yogic practitioner guided towards Self-Realization and then flowing into an awakening to serve humanity as one's larger self through the role of a spiritual teacher. He takes us from his childhood in the British colony of Hong Kong to the eclectic mystic movements in California and the mystery shrouded spiritual realm of India, on this path of self-actualization.

The highlights of the Rudra Shivananda's accounts are the enlightening experiences he shares of his spiritual Master, the unique Himalayan Grandmaster, Yogiraj SatGurunath Siddhanath. These surreal experiences correspond to his transformational breakthroughs in higher consciousness that lead to a satisfying, joyful and meaningful life.

Rudra also shares with the reader the many different spiritual paths that he explored in his journey before meeting his Master. His insights into these spiritual disciplines are helpful to the seekers and practitioners who are still unsure of their life paths.

As a spiritual teacher himself, Rudra offers guidance on the many issues that may effect those sincere students who have shared their questions and doubts with him over the years.
