Richard Sand is a prominent Philadelphia attorney and the award-winning author of seven novels and three works of non-fiction, including Protocol-The Complete Handbook of Diplomatic, Official and Social Usage. He is a Professor of Creative Writing at Philadelphia University and has been honored by The Common Wealth of Pennsylvania for his contribution to the arts. He also has been appointed to The Pennsylvania Historic and Museum and Commission and is a martial arts Grand Master. Previously, he worked as a bodyguard, private detective and fight promoter.
