32-hours, Unarmed Skills Training Course for Security Guards: California Self-Study Manual - Brossura

Parts 2 & 3 of the California BSIS Skill Training Course for Security Guards (Guard Card). This training manual is intended for use as part of a certification course in accordance with Division 7 of Title 16 of the California Code of Regulations, Article 9, Skill Training Course for Security Guards §643. Skills Training Course for Security Guards and follows the standards prescribed by §7583.6(b) of the Business and Professions Code.
Those who already hold a California Guard Registration Card (Guard Card) issued by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) are eligible to complete the lesson examinations in this manual and mail them to Security Training Center,® LLC headquarters with an examination fee for grading. Students passing each lesson examination with a score of 85% or better will be issued a Certificate of Completion. Examination fees are non-refundable.
This manual is divided into nine (9) lessons:

- Lesson 4: Observation & Documentation
- Lesson 5: Advanced Arrests, Search & Seizure
- Lesson 6: Trespass
- Lesson 7: Communication and its Significance
- Lesson 8: Liability & Legal Aspects
- Lesson 9: Handling Difficult People
- Lesson 10: Chemical Agents
- Lesson 11: Preserving the Incident Scene.
