I would argue that our federal bureaucracy has become so large and disjointed that our elected leadership in Washington, DC have lost a significant amount of control over the management of government affairs and our tax dollars. We the People have to be able to rest some of the blame for this chaos with the two major political parties that have overseen the evolution of the bureaucracy."
