Sinossi
Stranded in the past, Time Walker, Mali Harper, attempts to return her friend, who was swept up in a time jump, to his own era. Her leap goes awry, and they end up decades away from her target. While trying to figure out why it failed, she spots Varsi, an architect of the time changes, and realizes he’s still meddling with the timeline. She and Doyle set aside their plans and pursue him.
Back on the space station, Mali’s roommate, Anna Brix, fears the worst when Mali doesn’t return as expected. She investigates and is drawn into a strange conspiracy and a coverup by the Time Integrity Monitoring Agency. Determined to unravel the ominous plot, she schemes a way to travel into the past to find Mali. Unexpectedly, she gains a hitchhiker on the time jump—Brayden Coleman, the only returning member of Mali’s team.
But finding someone in the past isn’t a simple matter, especially if you don’t know where or when they are. Can Brix and Coleman find Mali and, together, return to their time? Or will Mali join forces with her grandfather, another time traveler, to attempt to control the changes Varsi seems intent on making in the past?
