Since Kala's experience has produced a full range of skills in architecture, interior design, the construction execution and site supervision, her methodology-management style has achieved compelling junior architects to reach their full potential and to strive for a high degree of consensus through project phases.
Her enthusiasm, collaborative manner, and helpful training information could embolden some junior
