There are so many other “find happiness” books on the market, why buy this one?
Great question, and indeed this book may not be right for you, but let’s take a quick look and see. When we first conceived of this book, we knew we wanted to help Retirees / Seniors find happiness, health, and fulfillment in later life, even if they didn’t have a lot of money. However, we also wanted our book to be different. In addition to being informative, we wanted it to be entertaining, engaging, and readable, too.
Informative
Above all else, we wanted to inform you. So we created a book that shows you:
This last point is the most important, as it provides you with a realization that health is not only related to your physical body, but also to your mental and emotional states, too. But more than mere realization, we go a step further to show you EXACTLY how a change in one area of your life affects other areas as well.
Lastly, the advice given is IMMEDIATELY ACTIONABLE, and we have included easy to follow exercises to help you get the most out of the techniques in this book.
Entertaining and Engaging
We wrote this book in a story format, as a conversation between two people: a client and a therapist. We wrote it this way so you would find the book both entertaining and engaging. We also wanted to write a “fast read” that you could finish in a few sittings.
Readable
We created this book with slightly larger type that is a bit easier on the eyes. We also used shorter paragraphs with lots of white space around them.
In addition, we used short sentences written in plain English. We wrote in a conversational tone with no complicated jargon, large words, or psychobabble. This makes the book easy to understand and follow. No need to keep putting the book down to look up complicated words in the dictionary.
We did all of this to make the book more readable and enjoyable for you.
But don’t take our word for it; here are what others have said about our book:

“A few months back, I started feeling a little down because I started feeling as though my legacy I would leave behind for my children & grandchildren was totally nil. This book is helping me be more positive and see all the positive things I’ve done and now I’m feeling much better. I can’t wait to finish the book now! It’s just all around, good, happy, reading!” - D.B., Verified Purchaser
“A prescriptive approach of finding your path for your retirement years. The theme built around Spirit Mind and Body adds a perspective of ideas you may have not considered. I would recommend to others read the book.” - Verified Purchaser
