Sinossi

From the beginning of time,

godly leaders have struggled with transitions. Moses transferred his leadership mantle to Joshua, Elijah to Elisha, King David to his son Solomon, and Jesus to His disciples. In our modern world, transitions can be tough, but eventually, every pastor will leave their church, either through a planned succession and transition or through unplanned circumstances or death. Every pastor is temporary.

However, the impact of their ministry doesn't have to be. Ron McManus, in The Transition Leader: Your Church's Key to a Successful Pastoral Change, shares principles and practices any church can implement to transition smoothly through any situation. Ron has proven over decades of ministry in a variety of contexts that planned transitions work much better than unplanned ones. Whether it's now, in the near future, or down the road, it is never too early to start preparing to transfer the mantle of your influence.
