★★ If you want to live a healthier and longer life as quickly as tomorrow, keep reading...
Tammy Gallagher found herself obese with high blood pressure and high cholesterol in her mid-20s. She ultimately developed Crohn’s disease after living a very unhealthy life. Now in her late 50’s, she’s healthier than ever. She lost 78 pounds and now has healthy cholesterol levels and blood pressure.
This transformation didn’t happen overnight. Change takes time and requires a multi-tiered approach. She returned to college in her early 50s to become a Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner. Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioners study the systems of the body and how to improve their function through nutrition and lifestyle.
What’s distinctive about Tammy’s approach is that she understands that change occurs one step at a time. Goals need to be conceivable to be achievable. She couldn’t imagine living the lifestyle she lives today when she was 213 pounds eating a very unhealthy diet and without exercise. Going from unhealthy to healthy doesn’t happen overnight.
What’s unique about Longevity Secrets is that it gives four tiers for each lifestyle recommendation for beginners through advanced, so you can implement your next steps to becoming healthier and living longer regardless of your current health.
Someone who is relatively healthy and already has a healthy lifestyle has the next steps very different than someone who is obese and unhealthy. Therefore, her approach is to meet you where you are today and take you one step closer to where you want to go. This makes change achievable.

Life has a way of leading us to our fate, and Tammy Gallagher's life was no exception. She became overweight in her twenties, developed high blood pressure and high cholesterol, and developed Crohn's disease in her late forties. She spent most of her adult life in the residential development industry but found herself leaving the industry in 2018 as she realized she was trading her health for money. She was operating on autopilot and wasn't happy, so she sought to change.Tammy learned that 'giving up' is never an option, and she finally returned to college in her fifties to get the degree she wanted. Tammy is a functional nutrition and lifestyle practitioner and author; best yet she received her health and life back. She now shares the wisdom gained from her experience and education with others as a means of encouragement and support.Tammy decided that she wanted to give back more to the world than she had been able to do by continuing her journey toward mastering a healthy body and mind and authored books sharing her knowledge and experience with others. The easiest way to learn is from other people. You don't have to experience disease to learn how to avoid it. In fact, prevention is the key regardless of whether it's for mental or physical health.Tammy Gallagher is a former successful real estate broker and building contractor. In addition to holistic wellness including mental health, weight management, autoimmune and gut health, she specializes in helping women in business, sales training and coaching, business practices, and pickleball.
