I love reading cookbooks. Here is my cookbook based on how I like my recipes presented, easy to read, with logical and simple flow. The recipes are international with a Finnish twist.As you will see I prefer less text and the ingredients list combined with graphic instructions. The ingredients are presented in the order that they are to be used.I do presume that you will know the basics of cooking, so that you will use room temperature meat, can tell when potatoes are cooked and that you will know to butter and flour your cake tins.The recipes are typically for four people, but sometimes you will have some left over to enjoy later. You will see that I like onions, garlic, chili and lemons. So wonderful for taste, but so especially good for your health.Good cooking
